New Idea for comitern doctrine

I have new idea for Comintern Doctrine which is quantity for army size which represent size combat effectiveness. On average the army size for all doctrine is limited to 10 army size slot, if it has more that 10 unit in the slot it will have limited combat effectiveness because not all unit is contributing in the fight. but lets put 5 more slot in army size for comintern doctrine nation which perfectly fit with quantity which is mass assault attack. It also concentrate attack on weak defended area of opponent province state during war. Now the total limit slot of army size for the Comintern doctrine is 15, which significantly boost attack and defense of the mass quantity of army which has -10% damage debuff for comintern doctrine. it will have more dynamic to the game and more strength to comintern which is less powerful than axis and Pan-Asia doctrine. If 15 army size slot limit is not feasible than lets put may be a bonus for army size combat effectiveness for comintern doctrine.

I've considered this too. With the hard cap at 10 units, doctrines like Axis are further benefited because they can fit so much more firepower into their 10-unit cap than Comintern. I think 15 might be a little too high, but maybe something like 12? A 20% increase in max units to account for the 10% nerf in unit effectiveness. The damage would be the equivalent of 10.8 units (12 units x 90% effectiveness), which is still a bit less than Axis's 11.5 units (10 units x 115% effectiveness).

It's probably worth giving the recent rebalancing changes a little time to hit some sort of equilibrium, but if the data still shows that Comintern is disadvantaged versus other doctrines I think this could be a reasonable way of buffing them a bit.

I Will Say it again, not because theres is the 10 units max effiency your army should be at maxium 10 units per stack, this is a misconception. Its totally fine having 50 units per stack, it's not efficient but it's still more efective than 10 units per stack

No one is arguing that you should never go over 10 units per stack.

I personally think that the doctrine could benefit from such a buff greatly.

that's way comintern have such a less cost and upkeep of unit compared to axis, -10% damage is called disadvantage, every good player know the advantage and disadvantage of doctrine they played, if that thing applied then comintern will so overpower.

and i usually will overwhelming active axis doctrine country to prevent them reaching mid-game phase and become super dangereous.

be careful as well with allies doctrine country in late-game, you will never beat them.

in AWC rocket artilery still be everyone favourite unit even it's got nerfed in last month, beacuse of peace period probably

My Main point is comintern does not need a buff, they armmy is perfectly fine, there are some games when Even with axis i couldnt keep the power of a comintern, they double My army size.

Of i mention overstacking its because most players don't Even think on this. Really comintern is a very strong doctrine on the right hands, more buffs Will make it OP
