100% support this idea, the repair rates suck. May I also had an airport hanger for air unit repair.
New Idea of "Hospital (Cities) - Field Hospital" and " Workshop (Cities) - Repair Station (Non City Provinces)"
Hospitals (City
Level 1: heals +1 per hour (building has 10 hp)
Level 2: heals +2.5 per hour (building has 15 hp)
Level 3: heals +4 per hour (building has 20 hp)
Level 4: heals +5.5 per hour (building has 25 hp)
Field Hospital (Non City Provinces
Level 1: heals 0.5 per 2 hours (building has 7 hp)
Level 2: heals 1 per 2 hours (building has 9 hp)
Level 3: heals 1.5 per 2 hours (building has 11 hp)
Balancing features:
Field Hospitals can not be made on provinces with fortifications
If a city has a hospital, the max fortification level is 2 or 3
Workshop (Cities
Level 1: heals +2 per hour (building has 7 hp)
Level 2: heals +4 per hour (building has 10 hp)
Level 3: heals +5 per hour (building has 13 hp)
Level 4: heals +6 per hour (building has 16 hp)
Repair Station (Non City Provinces)
Level 1: heals +1 per hour (building has 3 hp)
Level 2: heals +2 per hour (building has 5 hp)
Level 3: heals +3 per hour (building has 7 hp)
Balancing features:
Repair Stations cannot be made on provinces with fortifications
If a city has a Workshop, the max fortification level is 2
1. Hospital
Heals (infantry) faster
2. Repair Station
Repairs (artillery and tanks) faster

Hmm, interesting idea. How much would these cost? Any thoughts on that?
I'd love to absolutely trash the idea, but I'm too lazy to articulate the words in my head, so I'll just link every single relevant hospital thread that clearly explains why they wouldn't work:
https://forum.callofwar.com/index.php?thread/47171-add-a-repair-station/&pageNo=3
There are more, with alternative names that I cannot be bothered to find. I suggest that before anyone registers for the forum, there be a rule applied saying "You must read the hospital threads" so they take those arguments in mind before they suggest something that's been suggested at least a million times on the forum. I'm not saying that hospitals shouldn't be discussed, but none of those who suggest them bother reading the old threads about them.
I swear I feel like a old conservative every time I reply to one of these posts
There are like 15 more of these and itβs horrid! Just let us send our units back and rebuild them, no need for new buildings.

I was going to ask "exactly what part of this idea is 'new'?"
And then I discovered the other forum dwellers had done so for me.
Perhaps we ought to put together one of those housekeeping threads showing exactly which ideas keep on getting circulated (like Wikipedia has), and pin it to the top of 'Suggestions/Criticism' so people can easily check before posting. Tempted as I am by the idea of making it mandatory, doing so would probably just discourage people from using the forum at all._Pyth0n_ wrote:

Ye, a big portion of the recruits come to the forums to naively give their suggestions for hospitals, mines, spaceships and whatever the hell they have on their minds, without realising that they for the most part won't be taken seriously or shut down immediately. No need to dissuade them from their enthusiasm, they should be encouraged (in a less annoying way, of course).Lady Aragosta wrote:

Anything that involves a) reducing gold spending capabilities or b) obtaining gold without paying real cash for it outside of established means is likely to get shot down by the 'Bytro needs to make money somehow' argument, so that ought to go on there.

I mean, they did introduce cards; no idea if they sell them, but it does help players against golders now, allowing Bytro to have their cash flow along with us having a fighting chance. Maybe they'll do something similar for unit repair.Lady Aragosta wrote:

Allowing players to βrebuildβ their units would do the job. Just make it like production, costing whatever proportion of health you lost in resources and time to rebuild._Pyth0n_ wrote:

Pretty sure you have to pay for boosters, although hacks to get them for free exist.
