new suggestion for an event

so basically i had this idea where call of war adds a new event called the kaiserreich event or basically an event where germany wins ww1. so here's the changes

doctrines: britain and commune of france gets comintern doctrine, germany, poland, austria, hungary, the baltic states and ukraine get axis doctrine, french republic and canada get allied doctrine, russia gets axis doctrine and i think that's all

map changes: not much just britain losing north ireland, more countries in the chinese penesuela, france being seperated in 2, germany owning most of africa and the usa in a civil war

the rest: 45 countries available, replaced by an ai after 2 irl days and game ends after 40 days if it's not won before
