New Suggsestions for the In-Game Chat System

Suggestions:

• Be able to filter messages, for example if there is a troll in chat you can block them so you don't have to see their messages. It will automatically hide all messages sent by the accounts you block.
• Be able to ping users. You could ping anyone, doesn't have to be in the round you are in. A notification will show on their chat icon showing them someone pinged them. They could respond in the channel that the ping came from.
