new tech-rail roads
if this late/early 1900's where are the trains? new tech- rail roads-move troops, tanks ect... faster You need industry level 2 and level 3 Infrastructure; to build a R&R- for level 1 R&R +10% movement, level 2 +20% movement, level 3 +40% movement

Hastened movement is at lvl 1 too, I guess it simulates roads rather than mud tracks.

what if you could build a railroad but not on the road already in the game and you could have them run any where you wanted. You can unload troops any where but you unload faster at train stations. Also train can not be stopped unless the railway is damaged or an enemy united parked it self right on the railway. and as it was upgraded it would get faster and get guns and then later better and more kinds of protection
