Why not add combat medics, engineers and paratrooper/cargo planes or amphibious carriers (faster disembarkation rate)? It would be historically accurate and would add a great dynamic to the game.

Doesn't really matter if it's been suggested several times. Combat medics are pointless when you can just park your units in a province and wait until day change to raise morale. It's just a unit that we don't really need, if it's not broke don't fix it.
What expect, if you can lift morale with medical units?
"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius. Medics are with the infantry..... As are snipers, engineers, and commanders.

The stuff you are saying about them is making no sense. We can't understand your points.
