Why would guerilla units have low defence buffs? Historically, guerilla fighters have not been involved in wars where their job is to expand, for example Afghanistan, the last stand of Berlin, etc. Doesn't make much sense.
Anyway, isn't the whole point of militia meant to be that they're guerilla fighters?
