New Unit, Rocket Truck

I think a good unit to add to the game would be rocket trucks. Examples are the Soviet Katyusha, the German Nebelwerfer and Panzerwerfer, and the American T34 Calliope. Basically these would have bester stats than artillery in all ways, but be much more expensive and not available until day 24-ish.
