U mean finish production? It is way more different than boost production, it's just like speeding time.
On a whole hour, the speeding time happens on that hour, then it will have time to last. One whole hour to boost, also a 1hour to last.
I played a lot of games especially having this time mechanics. Boost time is good for this game.
