You can access Call of War on your Phone/Tablet. It runs quite well on an Ipad mainly, but overall I think they're still trying to develope the game to run even better on phones and tablets and stuff

Can you guys create a way where I can receive messages from my email if something going on with my allies/enemies/ myself? Because I do not have access to a computer 24/7 and it would be convent to also see how my countries doing while im away like with an app or some sort. Just seeing if you guys can

Though as far as I know, there is not an app, you simply use your browser to access the game.
