No Gold Game Setting

Along the lines of anti-cheat, how about an option where Gold is simply turned off for games that are supposed to be No Gold. That way it doesn't devolve into a gold slug fest and doesn't allow players to subtly use gold to their advantage when no one is looking. Without it there really isn't such a thing as a No Gold game.
