noobs attack are easy to repel, you have no other thing to do beside defending and counter-attacking.
infantry def stat and homeland fortification bonus are enough to keep any attacking forces bleed, have a couple armored car at ready for counter-attack and quick capture undefended enemy province
Would you honestly rather be attacked by experienced players than noobs? In your situation, you have the opportunity to take them to the cleaners early on and gain some victory points on it as well.Imperialist San arta wrote:

It has happened to me as Imperial Russia when Communist Russia attacked. As a noob he begins with a medium tank and arty. If you can concentrate forces and counter his special units, should be all right.

they are very annoying and non-sense ... sometimes I get so mad because they are just giving me a headache and a lose of time and manpower
to deal with them ... you just have to stick to the basics ... the basics always right
I like to call it a noob rush (got the name from @Brando Dilla) it always happens as Syria where Egypt attacks me and dies. Sucks because usually I can have all of Iraq down on day 1 but hey free land I guess!
