Notes for players

Here's a suggestion,

There should be a tab which allows players to store game related notes relating to purchases, tactics etc... relevant to the specific round. This would be like a memo pad, and would be different for each round a player is playing.

It also wouldnt be available to view should another player take over an inactive country..
