Notices for Embargo

With the embargo’s being removed from the newspaper (which makes sense for larger maps). Would it be possible to add a notice for when an embargo has been placed on you, similar to when war had been declared? I think this would be helpful for keeping an eye on bot countries in the late game.

I was going to propose this exact idea before but forgot. This is definitely something I want in the game. You can also use it to keep track of player nations too.

Would it also make sense to remove newspaper articles about when embargos are changed to peace? Especially since the embargo wasn't newsworthy, I wouldn't think lifting the embargo would be either.
