I believe that the mushroom cloud animation should be added on top of the break news video.

nuclear bomb
So when i for the first time tried to launch a nuclear rocket, it hit but all that was left is a cloud with no satisfying explosion or mushroom cloud. I know that the all the military units are angled and so is the smoke after a province is captured. i just want a nuclear bomb to be worth seeing and have a satisfying show and feel good for going through the trouble of researching all that.

There's a video that plays whenever a nuke goes off, to give the latest news on this. It's a little repetitive, and some variety would be nice. But this is the ONLY video in the entire game. And I'm not even sure if it's used in the mobile version (not that mobile players would ever survive long enough to actually use nukes in a competitive match).
