well I assume most of the resources go into making the bomb itself. The single plane that carries the bomb is quite inconsequential - that's likely why they just made it a one time use and didn't factor in the plane that survives.

Nuclear bombers
So I just read that the nuclear bombers are a one flight thing....WTF. do you think the bombers that drops the Nuclear bombs on Hiroshima or Nagasaki just got destroyed as the bomb went off? No they didn't.....

I think in CoW u should pay full price for the original unit, and after first use pay half price to reload the bombers with nukes. Otherwise, they're just regular strat bombers
