Nuclear Carriers
I'm sure if you guys have noticed, but in order to access nuclear carriers you need lvl 5 standard carriers.
This means that you don't even need to finish the tech tree to get the nuclear carrier, unlike subs and BB which require you to gain level 6.
Frankly, this is stupid. You skip out the 8 plane Carrier, and jump straight to the 10 plane carrier: how does that work for balance?
