Nuking Yourself
There's been times while playing COW when I though "hey, I really want to nuke myself right now," but I can't, because the game won't let me. But in RL you can nuke your own country, so why can't you do it in COW? I suggest that the ability to nuke your own cities be added into call of war, for umm... 'immersion' purposes.

You could just pile your unwanted troops near an AI city and nuke it. Did that once, on purpose of course, not like a wiped my entire army out or anything
