Oil Being Deducted While Planes Refuel

Wouldn’t it be more realistic if oil would be deducted from your resources every time aircraft refuel? Also it should be a certain amount for every aircraft, not a fixed amount, as every aircraft uses different amounts of fuel. I don’t have a suggestion as to how much, but it should be a decent amount, I’d say.
