Option to See the Names of Battleship/Railguns in a Stack

I do like the idea of being able to differentiate named units. And i’d like being able to see those names in places other than in the newspaper!

Well you can only see it in the newspaper if they destroyed an enemy stack. Maybe there should be an option to see the unit name beside the __ Battle group or __ Battleship flotilla thing

They’d do it also if enough people asked. This is a popular idea. I hope that with all the people asking they just bring it back, I see 0 reason not to.

You couldn’t see all names I believe but like the the ship that you see in the newspaper today would be there, I think.

You only see the name of battleship which kills an enemy stack.. but what if 5 battleships are in there?

I don’t think that was ever an option. You will only see those names if it dies I think.

It is helpful if we name the ships of a particular class and we want them to operate together. Eg We might want to make two battleships the Fuji and Yashima and keep both in a single stack

Here we should be able to know which ship is the Fuji and which is Yashima (especially if we have a third or fourth battleship and all of them are at random places at sea)

I think just having it in the newspaper led to a dramatic decrease in inappropriate naming.

We already have leaders with garbage name and Nazi flags. How is this any different?

I'd love to see ship names implemented too.

They could just give a list of ships of the country you are playing and let you select from them (only in historic)

Maybe like the ship names from your doctrine or something? Idk I’d prefer hard to see free names than east to see repetitive ones..

There’s too few. The different countries would have the same ship names. I don’t think it’s worth it..

lets leave it to the public. in the newspaper it clearly says that Eg siberia ship "Sissoi Veliky" destroyed ____. it should be easy to find atleast 40-50 ships from each doctrine

What’s the point of naming ships then? Or named units in general? I don’t think it’s worth it.
