Peace offer to AI

When we started a war with AI , it continue until one side die

it is not about when your popularity is only %3

you decided to invade a AI country and started war , but sometimes you think it was mistake or you say I need these reinforcements at another place

but you cant send peace offer to AI even your popularity is %90

why we cant send resource , peace offers to AI countries ?

is there no way to make peace with AI ??? why we cant persuade to AI I don't fight to war with you more ??
