you already have another thread on this...af this has been suggested before by other people. if you want speed rounds join a tutorial game which is 2x speed.

Permanent speed rounds?
Myself and most of the people I have asked have all said that we would like a permanent speed round, or at least the option to customize speed when creating a round. The normal games are far too slow for me, so it would be nice not to have to wait for events
