Petition To Remove the "Resources Reforged" Update

I don't like this update.

Come on man the name calling isn’t necessary. I respect your game play but you’re getting out of line on this. Take a break dude❤️

Nevertheless, I amended it slightly above.

The point is:

If there are active players, trying hard, who provide 'opinions' on the downgrades, who do not (yet) know how to add 1 to 1, that is fine. Not everyone has the same capacities, but one should try.

But ... should a new player vent an 'expert opinion' on the game developments, if he cannot show more than the results of the 1st hour of play out of 1 game in his entire 6 months of COW?

Should he???

Or should he wisely stay out of it, knowing he knows shyte about it?

Such an opnion by new players would be valuable only if they could show that they progressed more than before, due to the upgrade.

Such an 'upgrade' can in turn lead to more players staying on and playing the game long term.

But that is not the case.

Concerning 'name calling':

I always leave people in their value! That is being respectful!

I am just honest and direct about that value, also when it is a negative one.

As such a classification as 'Dimwit Class' is nothing but the lowest grade in the classification system. That class also must have name, right? And it can be empty, unless players choose to be and remain in it.

That is their own doing, so, don't shoot the messenger!

Vote for and join the Improvement Party, this is one of our main goals!

Resources aren't supposed to grown on trees. You have to be able to manage your resources which is economy management, that is an important part of the game.

that is true, but, this game shouldn't be like Supremacy 1914, which has a resources manager that you can never get right.

The RSS update did not help with preventing resources from being grown on trees, it just makes everything more expensive.

True, but why did they have to remove the resources in the first place? Where people complaining there where to many resources? Bytro isn't doing this because they love the game, they are doing it because of greed.

I don't know how this is because of greed.

With 5 resources, there were 5 posiblities for you to be short on a resources, which would lead you to use gold to buy more. With 3 resources, there are now only 3 possibilities to be short on a resource. Which won't happen that much now because you generate more of each resources.

with 3 resources, it can be controlled more easier, and it is less complex for 11/12 year olds who play the game, who are (mostly) immature and will spend a bunch of gold on stuff then abandon the game.

But that helps Bytro stay in business and keep the game alive

If people didnt buy gold then Bytro would go out of business

people make things for money, yes it is true. But in this case, if Bytro added decisions, puppets, etc. they could actually make more money then now, because a lot of players are stepping away from the game.

I don't think many people suggest those things

I personally think that being a puppet for most of a game wouldn't be that exciting

you wouldn't be a puppet, but you can create puppets

But who would want to be the puppet
