There could be, actually; if people are giving me important strategic information I'll need in the long run, or are lending me stuff and I don't want to risk forgetting that I owe them, I usually copy-paste it into a word processor for future reference.K.Rokossovski wrote:

Although this very refutation goes to show that there are other, very simple methods of achieving the same thing without adding a specific function to the game.

I write exhaustive blow-by-blow accounts of what I'm planning, what I should have been planning, and exactly how much oil I owe that guy on the other side of the Pacific who doesn't know what's going to hit him thanks to his generosity in the long run.Fox-Company wrote:

Copy-pasting text means I have to open one less window; my computer doesn't have a keyboard shortcut for screenshots, so if I take one I have to use snipping tool. And for some reason my sticky notes keep jumping into the way just afterwards, which is annoying if I need more than one.

That is quite the predictament.
It slows me down. Not by a lot, but enough to ensure that I can't be bothered if I don't have specifically visual information to capture. I reserve screenshots for espionage missions.
