Sounds a bit useless. You can just look and do the simple maths yourself.
Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
One thingy, might be helpful for planning phase
a) You plan what you want to build
b) You plan what you want to research
c) Other plans regarding needed resources
Little popup for all that jumps and says you don't have enough this and that.
Would be nice to have some auto-magical button near that missing resources popup that you can remember (like M+ on calculators) and have it hovering somewhere on the screen.
Example: Missing 1.000 Wood, 500 Grain and 3.000 $€ to buy all the stuff that is planned.
- Then you buy say missing 1.000 Wood for 2.000 $€. Wood need goes away.
- But then little box updates that now you need 5.000 $€
- And so on ...
Maybe looks complicated, but would managing of the planned Q make much easier, IMHO.

Yea, it can also be done when you go shopping and the guy takes calculator and goes item by item.
Projecting long queues for that one
... and no dynamic change on running totals on that one
Next round build of say 12 provinces with both production and manufacture + research in correct order can take time
Just suggesting optimization of time...
