PLAYABLE PORTUGAL FOR HISTORICAL

Portugal isnt usually playable in regular historical World War because it only has 4cities but i suggest adding Goa as a city in india to make it a 5city country making it playable like how guinea Bissau is a 1city country in world at war map.I really want to play portugal in regular Historical World Wars
