please allow me to block people =whispering -via chatroom

PLEASE give us the ability to block people contacting us in chat rooms via whisper. Mods can ban or block ppl who swear or state inappropriate things BUT we are powerless to stop someone entering chatroom and then spamming you via whisper mode
