Please Help Me Find Thread About Benefits of High Command vs Using Coin

i recently opened a thread describing the benefits of using the High Command and its value relative to using coin. After two giving two likes and no negative comments the thread was closed with the following:

i am very sorry. Perhaps i am very inept or incompetent but i have been searching and searching and searching the forums for any information relating to the High Command and it's benefits versus using gold, but i cannot find it.
i very, very much want to read up on exchange information on this very important subject.

i have it now but it doesn't seem to help unit control much and wondered if there was plan to put more in.
Didn't really know what i was buying and took a chance.
Thanks for the time taking to answer. But i still cannot find duplicate thread looked all day

No problem. They are all very neat features. My favorite is the building queues. Because of that I can have units being produced as I sleep.
