Please set starting RMs back to 15k

They should be 15k just like all the other resources.

Agreed, but tbh rares usually build up over time.

But less of them would be used in each unit. You could argue that each single RM is less than a single food, so there is no need to have less.

It handicaps the use of tacs and ABs early game, and unnecessarily de-incentivises building industry.

Isn't that we want? Air stacks get scary about the middle game, but allied tactical bombers would be too OP IMO like this.

Mm true, but it'd be nice to incentivise the use of bombers early game for new players. Good point tho

I disagree. Bombers become quite powerful later on and we do not need air power do be unbalanced. I think the same of heavy armoured units. Getting players to make use of their mostly infantry forces at the start and modernise their armies as the game progresses seems better to me.
