Popularity display

The most common thing by far I want to see when I click on an AI province is it's stance toward me (my countries popularity in that country). At a minimum it would be nice to see the popularity in the statistics when you hover over the "computer monitor" like below, without having to actually click to a new popup. Perhaps it would make more sense to add this to the tooltip when you hover over the relation icon, the dove in the image below. I wouldn't mind seeing the popularity right on the main province card either, without having to do any hovering. This could be a small number, say, to the lower right of the dove, or just make the dove "relations" region a bit wider and put a larger number to the right.

Agreed, and if the UI is running out of space, get rid of the "victory progress" info.

It's useless. I know who's winning by just... opening my eyes and looking at the map.

This space would be better used for AI attitude, to signal "hey, they are about to declare war".

Is there a correlation between the individual countries popularity rating and the chance of that

country declaring war?

As far as I know, it only depends on their own stance toward you, not your global average popularity. For example, if your global popularity was 5% but one particular AI had a 50% stance toward you, it would probably never declare you you.
