Portugal should be playable in 1939 Historic World War
Since the Netherlands is playable because they have the dutch east indies and all, I noticed that Portugal has colonies in Africa and Asia, it's also a real pain to take over Portugal because of the colonies since the AI doesn't know no how to play properly and all. I will submit a screenshot to prove my point. I'm surprised it isn't playable. Would love to see a new nation playable! The same goes to Belgium

Sorry for late response but it appears as of game started on 6th February 2023 that Dili is currently occupied by Portugal rather than the Netherlands, so I think they've updated it.
