Potential Problematic Situations: War Bonds in the Hands of Multi-Account Users

As you may know, there are plenty of ways that users can join games with multiple accounts. I'm not allowed to describe these ways, but case in point, there are lots of games where the same physical person is playing as two or more countries. This gives them an unfair advantage, and at the same time gives everyone else in the round an unfair DIS-advantage.

With the introduction of War Bonds, every human player in a round generates a set amount of war bonds per day, regardless of their nation's size. That said, a person who uses multiple accounts to take up multiple countries in a game round will have access to a larger amount of, and faster production of, War Bonds. They can use this surplus of War Bonds to:

  • Instantly heal units belonging to themselves or any of their "minions"
  • Instantly increase the morale of (urban or rural) provinces belonging to themselves or any of their "minions"
  • Repeatedly use the Immediate Espionage Actions (ex. Sabotage Building, Decrease Morale) at a faster rate than other players
  • Speed up the construction of buildings and/or the production of units for themselves and their "minions"
  • Expedite troop movements across the board. This is possible because the multi account user can turn on Forced March to all of their moving stacks, and will have a gigantic trove of War Bonds at the ready to nurse the stacks back to health upon reaching their destination.
Luckily, I have yet to encounter these scenarios, but they are bound to happen sooner or later. It's up to Bytro to mitigate the effects of multi account users. The new War Bonds have taken some power away from the mass golders, but until or unless anything changes, that power has been transferred to the multi account users.

These are valid concerns which I am sure Bytro is aware of, but I don't think they can do anything to combat this as of right now. Players can still report multi-account users through the support system, which will hopefully work in quelling these types of people. Seeing as you haven't met any of them yet, it must have worked to some extent. I hope that they will come up with an idea to combat these issues more specifically though, as you said.
