PoW Camps

In WW2, PoW Camps often featured, with trades of PoWs too. If we can allow soldiers to surrender, there might be two options: PoW or execution.

Execution increases morale in the country at war because it often creates rage and popularity likewise drops. PoW camps produce different resources.

Per unit:

-Surviving soldiers produce a percentage of workload. So if 50% soldiers survived, then production is 50%.

500 of everything everyday for 1 unit, levelling up increases capacity. So Level 1 holds 4 units, Lvl 2 holds 6, Lvl 3 holds 8 and Lvl 4 holds 12.
