I have a new suggestion, and id doesnt involve Rocket subs!
The idea, has nothing to do with units etc its self, however it rather refers to plans. I would like a button added beside coalitions, where you can pre-plan unit movements etc and save them, for example, I will have my 14motor infantry move to New York, and My 3rd Commando unit, move to Washington. This is saved in the tab, and I can authorize it, at anytime. This could even work great, for coordination of rocket strikes, across a few targets. As well, as being able to plan against a back stab (@those players, who take to the forum for complaining about playeres backstabbing them cough)
Otherwise, I think this is a good idea, and should be implemented,
Pls leave feedback, and questions below.
Happy hunting

This sounds like automation of gameplay, almost like putting a script you wish to execute at some moment. It is a tricky thing.
If you want it to be possible to execute it without you being online at the moment, it would be a bad idea. It would turn a game into programming. You would think of possible negative outcomes that are possible to happen and put adequate response to them. I actually love programming and that would probably enhance my strategy but I don't think the idea should be implemented. It would be too overpowered. Also, it would probably only be HC feature so it would widen the already large gap between HC and other players and prevent blitzkrieg invasions.
If you, however, want to have premade pattern of reaction which can only be activated on your command, it could be nice. But, if that is to be only HC feature, I wouldn't like it.

That is what I am saying, a list of movements set to units, however shall those units move their location, or change their status etc, the command will not authenticate, when you authorized it. It is simply a movement of troops, at your command.

It would be cool to have the ability to save notes on what you are planning to do however. These notes could be shared via the shared intelligence somehow ?? This would especially help players that have a bunch of different games going on. I find myself keeping notes on paper now as it is to remind me of plans anyways.

well maybe that can be the HC option, that your " plans" can be shared..
However its not like all of these plans will be used, like some will have reinforcements reach coastal cities in the Eastern USA, or some will have the reinforcements move elsewhere, all just easier to vary

Meh, you could delay all troops to strike at a specific time.

I wouldn't support this idea.

My point is, take example..
I am at a nuclear war across the atlantic and I have troops in all my costal cities on the Eastern USA, and my other units, waiting to folow up, where needed. The nuke new york, and their main armies are marching through there..
I will then allow or planned response.
Or is that happenes in Florida
I have another set response ready.
Or if somebody launches a Missile attack, then instantly I launch of units back. All set

Oh damn, now I see it! This is great! Like "Plan R" in Dr. Strangelove!

No clue what that is, but I think you like it
It will be good, just you can plan attacks better, and can prepare for invasions etc

HoI4 ripoff. But, as @Paramunac pointed out, it's too much like automation, and programming.
The past is a foreign country.

Of course, where would the fun be otherwise
Operation " Green" for my first one

Nice, sounds good.

Great idea! I don't like thinking up the plan a week before I need it, then mess up the troop movements...

This idea should be implemented, in fact, this give the game more 'strategy'.
"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius. "Alea iacta est" Gaius Julius Caesar.

I love this idea, and as we're screaming HoI4 rip off: its taking the best from another game and using it in our game.
This game needs more strategy added to it, having the ability to set plans and then give them 'Go' would be extremely useful. Of course, you can delete these plans and add changes- and I agree with letting HC see these plans in intel reports.
It would be like the 'set destination' and 'wait' order mixed into one
