Pre-war HWW

Here are my idea:

Pre-war HWW (1936)

In this historical scenario, we would start like any other HWW but with the difference that Austria, Czechoslovakia, Albania and Ethiopia wouldn't yet be invaded/annexed. Another serious difference that since it occurs 3 years before normal HWW, technology wouldn't be as advanced as it is in 1939 (for example, in more developed countries, infantry would be level 2 instead of level 3). In addition, adding that some countries would have more territory (or less)

For example: China would have Shanghai, Beijing and Inner Mongolia, Italy wouldn't have Ethiopia and Albania) Germany would not have the Czech Republic or Austria, just as Hungary wouldn't have Ruthenia)

The rhine would begin to militarize, since in 1936 germany's remilitarization began

The playable countries would be the same as those of an HWW, with the addition of Czechoslovakia and Ethiopia (maybe)
