Proposal: Separating Borneo and Sulawesi Islands

I propose a modification to the game map by separating the Borneo and Sulawesi islands. Specifically, my suggestion involves making Sulawesi an independent and non-playable island. Consequently, adjustments would be needed for the Borneo map, including the addition of a capital city located at the heart of the island.
