Province list filter adjustment

I would like to see the province list filter not to include buildings below lvl 1 (damaged buildings) when marking building from lvl 1-5

It's annoying when I want to mark 20 Industrial complexes and sort them by Airbase level and then make multiple Tac bomber queues for instance, but unfortunately damaged ICs will pop up in between and I have to deselect them.

Just a small adjustment that would be nice.

What do you guys think?
