Provinces

I would like to change a little the feature of the provinces , when you open their main menu

they all look the same, it doesn't matter what you build or how many troops are stationed, I would love to see an airport or a fortress, when I open their main menu.

and if there would be some difference between cities or countryside provinces it would be even better
