What would be the purpose of this? It sounds like partially going inactive.

PUPPET STATES
Can you add a system where you can make it so a state you own is puppeted. If you puppet a state you can control nothing except you get the points from it. Also a puppeted state is always on share map and the puppet will be called like german france or american canda. A way to make a state a puppet is in the province tab have a puppet option
