Puppet States

As some of you may remember I had this idea several months ago. I am once again proposing it. Instead, this time the mechanism will be different.

Puppet States:You can make a country a puppet state once you capture its capital. This will make it easier for players to conquer countries like France, UK, or Soviet Union in Historical World War. Once you capture a country's capital, you get two options annexation or make it into a puppet states. An AI or active player will manage the puppet state. You can set a unit limit on the puppet state. The lowest limit you can set for a country is 30 units. The puppet state will keep all remaining land that did not get taken over by the master. While, the player will get to keep all the territory that he has conquered. The puppet state has a share map relation with the player. While, the player only gives the puppet state right of the way. The cities of the puppet state counts towards victory points. You will get 50% of the entire production of the puppet state.

Annextion: All the enemy territory will immediately be transferred over to your own country. You have full building permissions in each province or cities. All remaining military units will belong to you. However, the resource output will be lower in each province. Also, all the provinces you have just captured will have low morale. Therefore, you will have to quickly secure them before they revolt.
