Puppet States, Satellite States, Dominions, Annexion, and funded rebellion Repost

I accidentally posted this into the general discussion section, so I am reposting it in the suggestions section.

Puppet States: Players should be able to establish a puppet states. A puppet state can be established once a single country conquers 75% of the enemy's core provinces. The enemy country will automatically offer surrender to the other player regardless of the enemy player's decision. The player can chose to reject this surrender or he could accept it. If he rejects it then the enemy will keep on fighting. If they accept then the country becomes a puppet state of the player's country. However, the puppet state can keep all the territory it has left. Also, it gets at least 25% of it's core provinces back. Also, the puppet state gets half of the cities that are in their core provinces. The player gets to keep the rest of the captured territory. Also, it has the permission to extract 50% of the puppet state's resources each day, which is more resources you can get from occupied provinces. The puppet state can be played by a player or an AI. The player can either forfeit or play as a puppet state. The player also has the right to restrict the puppet state's armies. However, the lowest restriction the player can set is 25 units. The puppet state cannot turn against it's master, also it has a shared map relationship with it's master. Furthermore, it cannot have any friendly relations with other countries. Its diplomatic decisions are solely decided by the master. One drawback for the master is that it has to go to war with another country when it attacks the puppet state. The puppet state has to go to war when the master declares war or gets attacked by an another country. However, a puppet state turns into a satellite state after 8 days. A puppet state becomes another countries puppet state when the master is defeated.. Puppet states also count have victory point values, which mean that the vp of a puppet state belongs to the master of it. The Puppet States's provinces also have higher morale.

Satellite States: A puppet state becomes a satellite state once 8 days have passed. The satellite state doesn't have to give it's master resources anymore. However, its army can still be restricted by the master. However, the restriction has to be at least 40 units or higher. Also, the satellite's relations are still determined by the master. Also, it has share map relationship with the master. The VP of the satellite state also count towards the master's country. The satellite state has to be defended by it's master when it is attacked. The satellite state has to go to war with a country when the master country declares war on it or the country attacks the master. Satellite states become independent once the master country is defeated.

Dominion: A Satellite State becomes a Dominion after another 10 days. A Dominion has no resource and army restrictions. Also, it can have diplomatic relations with other countries. The master still has a shared map relationship with the satellite state. Although, it does not have to go to war with other countries when the master declares war on one. However, they have to defend the master when the master is attacked.

Funded Rebellions: A country can start a rebellion in another country. It should be another feature in espionage. However, it costs 100,000 in money to start a rebellion in a country. It can only be started in another country's occupied provinces. The rebellious faction is alligned with the country that funds it.

Annexation:

A country can annex a occupied province once they own it for more than 10 days. Also, the morale has to be above 90% and it takes money and resources to annex one. The annexed province will give you 100% resources like a core province.

Give me some suggestions.

i like the funded rebellion idea just make it cheaper, as for the Annexation Policy i'd suggest it to be tied into Puppeteering countries mechanic, this way no nation will have essentially infinite amount of economic potential, i'd also ask that Cities shouldnt be annexed for balancing purposes
