Radiation

Hey!

Today, I did my first attack with a nuclear bomb. Really i love it. My suggestion is add radiaton to the game.

Q: What's radiation?

A: This is a negative effect in the zone of the blast of a nuclear bomb.

Q: What does this negative effect?

A: This negative effect does than the territory never will have poblation(0 production) or units. If an unit join in the territory, the unit will die little by little.

Q: This is possible of see in the map?

A: Yes, a special effect for the territory and an icon would be enough.

Stalin was voted into power and tried his very best, these guys were just stubborn. Besides, gulags were not made as death camps.

killed anyone who wasn't Commie
That is just plain wrong and you know it.

They also killed the most Germans, don't'cha know. Oh yeah, it didn't help that Germany brutally murdered a lot of civilians. Did you hear what Hitlers plan for Moscow was?

Turn it into a lake.

Stalin was voted to become leader of the Commie Party, and consequently, President of the USSR. However, the people that voted him in were the members of the Politburo.

It isn't plain wrong.

The past is a foreign country.

So voted from a party that the people fought to put in power?

Civil war, mate. Not ALL people.

Not bothered right now, but for now, leave you with one word: Trotsky.

Majority wins. Peace, land and bread.

You do know he wanted power and was part of the Old Guard, right?

Famines in the USSR in the 30s.

You do now that Stalin had him brutally murdered.

The USSR was attacked, they did not start the fight.

Blame the kulaks. It was an accident that was remedied. May I remind you that the Spanish accidentally infected most of the South American population with diseases before stuffing them in mines?

Technically that was you Spanish.

How can I blame the kulaks? They'd been killed by your hero Stalin!

Ordered by Stalin.
The past is a foreign country.

That was the labour, an accident.

Hey, remember that whistleblower a few years back that the US had a manhunt for? Haha, funny times. Oh, did you hear about in the 60's and such when the CIA invaded citizens privacy and went on a communist witch hunt? LOL!

  1. 'Accident'.
  2. Actually, they were searching for a mole inside the CIA. There was one. James Jesus Angleton devoted his entire career to finding him after his best friend Philby defected. Sadly, 'civil rights' won the day, and the bank accounts of the 43 under suspicion were not investigated. If they would have done it, they would have realised that a guy that you might know, Aldrich Ames, had over 1 million dollars. He wasn't discovered until 8 or 9 years later, I think.
The past is a foreign country.

You do know a helluva lot of people lost their jobs because they gathered on weekends to wish things were a little different.

You do know that a helluva a lot of American spies lost their lives because of Ames?

The past is a foreign country.

Let's continue this in PM's so we do not get in trouble for going OT.

Quite true :D

The past is a foreign country.

I totally agree, it would be a great feature.

Did you even read anything....?

I know there is a lot of spam but I made some good points, the main one being that nukes only affect those present at the blast.

@oceanhawk got sources which support this.

I'm sorry I saw 90 post and wasn't up for reading them all, I simply read the first post. But personally I have been wondering why there are negative effects for units that pass through. I mean once a nuke is dropped it take years for the radiation to dissipate
