Railroad Gun Infrastructure Requirments

Infrastructure is an underused mechanic of Call of War. It gives your units a huge speed bonus but it can be costly. Railroad guns are essentially allowed to move wherever they please. This doesn't make sense as they require railroads to move at all. I think maybe some level of Infrastructure (lvl 1) should be required to move around the map. This would add another level of logistical and strategic thinking, make the game more realistic, and expand the functions of infrastructure.
