Railroad system
Railroad system for moving troops across all Provs 
like Infrastructure with no bonus and less cost
for all Provs 75km/h???

Correct, and railroadguns are essentially the military equivalent of a rail road system anyhow (which between the two is all that is really necessary).Quasi-duck wrote:

to increase production ? there is none in non res provs and the Infrastructure isnt a railroad it is a interstate
