Real Problems with cow

This is my first post in the forum. I have played cow for about a year now and heres my input.

1. The diplomacy tab issue is still an issue. Have to open twice to select the info button.

2. Ads are crazy disruptive. I think that it is fair to have to watch ads in order to play a free game, but when they come so furiously as to crash my browser several times a day, and sometimes make it so I can't get in more than a click or two before having to wait for the lag while the ad loads(or mis-loads), it becomes detrimental to the gamer and bytro.

3. The game can be clunky. Units stacked on other units so its hard to select, having to zoom in or out to see the path intended while targeting/marching, AI countries that just magically happen to have all the exact units best suited to defend against invading forces are examples.

4. The X factor. I don't mind the concept at all. But, it's BROKEN. Even in D & D, the old "fumble" roll was unpopular ( even though players didn't mind rolling a "critical hit"). In cow it seems your first attack against a province will leave the enemy unharmed, and leave you knocked for a loop. And, it would be okay (after all were all playing under the same rules, right?), except that it happens very regularly, note rarely. (You might draw that inside straight one time, but I wouldnt bet money on the next one!)

5. The reason I posted for the first time. Aircraft are buggy as heck. Today I finished off a country's last province. Before I did, it launched a single rocket at me. It had a 36 minute travel time. 10 minutes after launch I took the province. THE ROCKET CAME BACK! It came back to the province and turned into a convoy. Way to go, realism!

There are many more bugs and jerky things about aircraft, but I will save them for another post. I don't read long rants by people, maybe you dont either.

Yes..., Bytro ads are just the banners on the right side of the screen. if you get crashes because it or other type of ads i'd suggest you contact support asking them to remove that exactly ad that is annoying you. any payment would make that your account won't receive any ads, curiosly that the annoying ones disappear too

we suggested a lot ago to bytro that they should add the pin mode from s1914, their oldest game

and this is what happens when rockets are threated as normal aircraft

the diplo tab has been acting weirdly in all my games. Others have reported this as well. What happens is you open the tab and try to hit the info button to see a players info. It doesn't work. You have to close the tab, then reopen it. Then the info button works. Happens every time in every game. (of mine, at least.)
