Rebels in established nations , Puppets and Peace Treaties

In global chat we were thinking of ideas of what to add and we thought of these:

Note: this is for Europe: Clash of Nations.

Rebels in established nations, including the UK, Denmark and France.

Incomplete list:

UK- Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, maybe Cornwall, Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar

Spain- Catalonia, Basque

Germany - Bavaria, East Prussia

France: Brittany, Corsica

Cuba: Bahamas

Italy: Venice, Milan, Sicily

Greece: Crete

Greater Romania: Hungary

Yugoslavia: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia

Greater Finland: maybe Karelia

Denmark: Greenland

Canada: Quebec

Northern USA: New England

Southern United States: Florida

Puppets and Peace Treaties

Something I feel lacking from the game is peace treaties.

They are an instrumental part to ending a war and I believe Call of War is missing out on them, as in this world, it is hard for puppets to exist, nations to be liberated and treasuries to be looted. Going off topic a bit here, you should have the option to invite another nation to join a war.

Proposed set-up:

-Liberate Countries: occupied ones and ones listed above that can seperate from their parent nation.

-Puppet Countries: Puppet the country and/or seperatist states

-Demand War Reparations: Demand that a certain amount of resources and/or cash is handed over to the opponent for a set number of days.

-Annex Cities: Directly annex chosen cities.

-Seize Treasury: Take 25%-75% of victim's resources

Well I hope my ideas get put forward, enjoy conquering!

Oops, did not mean to say Milan, I meant Lombardy, and Cyprus is Greek, but I do not think it should be separatist.

Also, I do believe that certain rebel states should have Core Province Status. Here's the Core Province Rebels (CPR) list:

UK: Gibraltar and Malta

Greater Romania: Hungary

Denmark: Greenland

Spain: Catalonia

Germany: East Prussia

However, I understand if this is not implemented due to reduced economic output of these nations (especially Romania) but to combat this every other non- NPC nation should have a cut OR other areas of the nation get a boon)

I agree, in trade (when in war) there should be an option named negotiation where you could do this, also there could be another option named treaty which makes things players give other players for an extended period of time (e.g brazil gives 5k of money to the united states for 5 days if the united states gives brazil one of its provinces) and there could be mutual defence pacts for one country/multiple countries/coalition, there also could involve many countries (e.g the u.k and France join forces bc of a treaty and they can invite Germany to it)

Great Idea but the list needs to be bigger I think.

Noob

In my opinion, I think this is a great idea.

Totally agree with your statement of how peace treaties are lacking.

Moreover, in my experience, players tend to invade a nation fully; additionally, they allow the defender to have no second chances in a world they have spent countless hours of effort upon.

Most importantly, allow a player to resume ruling their country but in a form of a puppet could allow the player to continue a good game while still existing.

Not to mention, allowing people to stick to certain games could prompt less strain on the Call of War servers (as people will stick to less games)
