Paratroopers is one of the most units in game because they take hours to mobilize. I suggest that the time should be shortened to 30 to 1 hour. The time now is long to the extent that any player can destroy them with ease making them practically useless. Paratroopers were trained to rapidly adapt to the situation instead of taking days to prepare. The goal of the paratrooper is to cause panic and fear among enemies. However, paratroopers in Call of war are just basically free kills in my opinion. Also, they should be similar to commandos having complete concealment values.

I understand the balancing issue with mobilizing time but 12 hours is extremely high.
and their flight range sucks.
Paratroopers were a lot more effective than this and the game should be more lenient towards it. Para's are practically useless.
The higher level ones are really good. If you can parachute a stack of 10-15 high level paratroopers behind enemy lines havoc is guaranteed to be wrecked.
The "infestation" tactic also works well with them. Just capture a city, build barracks straight away, and churn out militia.
The intended role of Paratroopers in the current meta is to be able to conquer high-value provinces behind enemy lines. This they can do already because they immediately conquer after dropping. The high cooldown is to prevent a balancing issue where players just overrun the enemy while they are offline. As this is an always-on game and no player can be online all day, players need the chance to react to important cities being conquered. We can of course think about lowering the cooldowns (I will make a note) but not drastically.
If used right Paras can already be devastating, e.g. snatching a key airbase to ground and destroy a large enemy bomber fleet that way. I saw these tactics used in some Youtube Let's Plays already 
I never saw too many active players using particularly dangerous air forces, I mostly use partroops to take cities where defenses are weak/none. It usually doesn't work on AI for too long unless you can send backup quickly, but on players, always a nice shock to find your capital's gone lmao
