Refueling ships and Mother Aircrafts

Rather than a daily upkeep, all naval units must get refueled at a naval port or base. Nuclear submarines and other nuclear powered navy do not require such thing. When moving, the navy gets a 200% fuel consumption than while static.

When moving/patrolling/attacking an aircraft, they have to refuel after some time. But when using mother aircrafts, by consuming some money and oil, the aircraft can be refueled while flying.

There's been a lot of posts on this recently so I would like to clarify this.

SOoooooooo much in CoW is implied. There are refuel ships in fleets, there are escorts with transports, there are engineers with tanks, just it is all implied.

Also, when patrolling only 50% of damage is dealt, meaning that only 50% of aircraft are in the sky. For attacks, the aircraft do land and refuel.
