Refusing to Unban my account

My account is Bobcat.. and I played it in a school. But Why do i get banned because i want my account back????. How can i play call of war with my account banned.

Happened to me as well but Call of War seems to not care.

It is fairly simple in both of your cases. You know which rules you broke.
