100 player maps need to be released on a regular basis, with a designated start time.

They also need 1 day peace times. At least. There's nothing worse than waiting for a 100 player map, finally joining on day 1, and you're already being invaded.

Not only is it necessary to talk to other players, and not join a game already being invaded, but large countries can be invaded faster than they can even send units to defend.
